Universal Indie Records Introduces March Madness Mixtapes
On the heels of the release of 15 year old, French producer, DJ King Flow’s – “Inside My Head” instrumental album, Universal Indie Records once again teams up with Double-Up Entertainment and The Historical Society to unleash a pair of hot new mixtapes on the unsuspecting masses.
The hardest working rapper in New York, K.Sparks connects with Mixtape Assassin and DJ Killa P to release “When The Smoke Clears Volume 2″ while underground favorites, Scholarly Pursuits, team up with MBalla from OWI and RC (who were featured on their debut album, The Schmagilla Incident) to introduce “The Citizens Committee”.
These mixtapes are a precursor to upcoming official albums by both sets of artists and are offered as free downloads under the Creative Commons license from the Universal Indie Records website.
