Universal Indie Records has partnered with FrostWire to offer Cartel’s album ‘Tha Throwback’ for free through Frostwire’s peer to peer application. For a limited time, when the FrostWire application is launched, Hip Hop producer, Cartel’s album will be available for download with a single click.
